Baltimore Wood goes on the Hastings England Bonfire!

Each year we exchange wood with the Hastings Borough Bonfire Society, Sussex, England.
Here is our wood just before going onto their magnificent bonfire.

Remember, Remember the Fifth of November Gunpowder, Treason, and Plot

We see no reason why Gunpowder Treason should Ever Be Forgot!

Join us for a traditional celebration including flaming torches, fireworks, chants, effigies, bonfire, dinner

FREE Open to the public all are welcome especially children

Date: November 8, 2008 Saturday

Time: Gate opens at 4:30 celebration starts around 6

Bring….sweet, salad, snack. Dinner and beverages provided. Fancy dress is encouraged-Make a Guy Effigy (scarecrow) and bring it to win a prize! (See the web pages below for examples) Illuminated artcars will be on display as it is also World Artcar Day-Artcars welcome!
